What are the shipping fees?
Fairbee is a marketplace offering fair and sustainable fashion, cosmetics and lifestyle goods from various brands. No matter how many different brands you’re ordering from, you’ll always pay just one flat shipping fee of EUR 4.95 in The Netherlands (except for insured shipping). Free shipping for orders in The Netherlands above EUR 100. For Belgium, France and Germany the flat shipping fee will be EUR 9.95, with free shipping for orders above EUR 150. For delivery in other parts of Europe, Fairbee charges a flat fee of EUR 19.95, with free delivery for orders above EUR 200.
When will my order be delivered?
When you’re shopping in our online store, the delivery date depends on the brand you’re buying from. You can view the estimated delivery time of each brand on the product pages, in your shopping cart and in the order confirmation. Depending on where the brand is located and its shipping destination, your package will arrive in 2-5 working days. If you’ve purchased from different brands, your items may arrive at different times. In the future, we plan to expand our service so that you can bundle various items into one package for delivery. This is not only more convenient, it’s also more sustainable.
How do I return an item?
Not happy with your purchase? Prefer a different size or colour? No problem.
You can return any unworn, unused item to the brand within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
After the brand accepts the return and confirms with us that the item arrived in the same condition in which it was shipped, we’ll refund your purchase within 5 working days.
View the return policy of your brand in the order confirmation you received via email or find your brand below. Use these instructions to exchange or return your item to the brand from which you purchased it. As soon as we hear from the brand that the item has been returned in good order, we will refund you the purchase amount and shipping costs.
For health reasons, cosmetics cannot be returned.

The responsibility for the return shipment lies with the sender. That is why we recommend sending the articles with a track & trace number.
- When we have received and processed the returned item, we will send a confirmation by e-mail and the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days to the account number with which your order was paid.

We will only accept unworn items in their original packaging that are in good condition with all tags still attached. Damaged or used items will not be accepted.
After we have received the return request, it will take up to 48 hours for you to receive a shipping label in your email. With this label you can deliver the package to any PostNL point in the Netherlands, without paying any costs. After receipt of the return, you will receive the purchase amount on your account within 5 working days.
All other countries: at your own expense
After we have received the return request, we ask you to return the package to us at your own expense. As soon as we have received the package back, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days.

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Use the original packaging when returning an order. If we received the package in a good fashion, we can look into exchanging the product or returning your money. The return cost will be on you. Below is a link for our return form.
If you wish to return any unwanted items Crafted Society offers a 14-day return policy. You will need to request the return of the item(s) within 14-days of receipt/delivery notification from the carrier. After this period, the purchase is considered final.
We do not accept returns on ‘Made to Order items and gift cards.
It may be handy to keep the original shipping box so you can use this again in case you wish to return your order.

- If the full original order is returned we will reimburse you for the full order value plus original shipping charges.
- After the returns request has been made, you have 14 days before the return has to be shipped to us.
- Crafted Society does not offer free You are free to return the order with your own preferred shipping company, but please make sure you send it registered as you are still responsible for the shipment to arrive with us and in an undamaged condition.
- Please return all items exactly how you received them, in their unused, original condition, with the original hangtags, dustbag (if applicable) & packaging
- All hangtag(s) must remain on the item
- When you are deciding whether to keep shoes, whilst trying them on, please ensure the outsoles are protected by standing on a clean and soft surface
- Whilst trying on a scarf, pls be aware of dirty hands, rings/jewellery or sharp objects which may damage the delicate scarf
- Whilst trying on a jeans, please note that they may stain lighter colours due to the natural indigo dye – a natural characteristic of raw denim. Please do not sit on light coloured furniture or mix with light coloured clothing
- Whilst trying on our hat, please handle with care, be careful not to crease, have clean hands. If the size adjusters are unpacked and used for fit, we will not be able to accept the return
- Whilst deciding whether to keep our leather goods, please do not unwrap any of the plastic protective wrappings of the hardware, ensure clean hands, and be aware of rings/jewellery and sharp objects which could mark the goods
Once we have received your return – (duration depending on where you send from) – and all requirements have been met, you will be notified by email. Your refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days. If the complete order is returned a full refund will be issued including shipping charges. If an incomplete order is returned, then only the value of the product(s) will be refunded. Using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
We will only issue a refund if you have written confirmation by us for a return authorization code and the return complies with our return requirements below. We will make any refund within the standard time period allowed for a consumer refund (within 14days after receipt of goods by our distribution centre). Any import duties we may incur from your return will be deducted from the refund.
- Returned items will only be accepted if they are unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. All clothing items must have original hand tags attached and dustbags added.
- Shoes: please return all items including the dustbag. When in doubt, please try them on a soft, clean surface to protect soles.
- Accessories: all packaging, dust bags and hangtags must be included and attached. Crafted Society reserves the right to reject insufficient or illegitimate returns. If your return will not be accepted you’ll be notified by email.

*** We do not refund duties and taxes paid to clear customs when goods are returned. This is applicable on all orders to countries outside of the European Union and from Jan 1, 2021, this includes the UK also. ***
In the event of a delivery mistake or if the product received is considered damaged or faulty you will have to take notice within 7 days of receipt.
If return conditions are not strictly complied with, Crafted Society maintains the right to send the return back to the sender, at which point the sender will be charged the delivery costs.

If you are re-using any carton boxes please beware to kindly remove all labels from the shipping carton before reusing. This will prevent complications or delays in your return. BE SURE to send your parcel back with insurance – we will not be liable for any lost parcels and will only provide a full refund once the above return conditions have been met.

To process a return two steps are necessary:
- Notify the return from your customer area
- Set up the return with the corresponding transportation company.
- Notify the return from your customer area
Step 1: Enter your client area. To access the client area click here and use your username and password.
If you do not remember your password, enter the email with which you placed the order and click on “remember password”. We will send you an email to retrieve it.
Step 2: Access the section “Order Details and Return requests” that you will find on the left side of your customer area.
Step 3: Find the order on which you want to make a return and click on “Order data / Request refund”.
Step 4: Select the box of the product or products you want to return.
Step 5: Select a reason for the return in the box below the product list.
Step 6: Click on “Request a refund.”
Once this process is finished, we will have received your return request and you will be able to proceed to step 2. Request a pickup with the corresponding transportation company. It is not necessary to wait to receive a confirmation of step 1. from our side.

Follow the instructions listed below according to the carrier that delivered your order. If you do not know who was the carrier of your order you can find it in the data of your order within the customer area.
You can request a return within 30 days of purchase, with no exceptions. Use the original packaging, undamaged, when returning an order. When approved, any returned products with all packaging, original tags intact, and in a re-sellable condition, will be refunded to the original payment method or given a Compassionate Closet online store credit and will exclude shipping costs. If your order has been sent to a destination within the state of Colorado, all sales taxes will be refunded.
*We do not return/exchange items that have been washed, worn, ARE COVERED IN DOG OR CAT HAIR, or that have overwhelming smells (perfume, oils, etc.) These items are not in saleable condition.
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees back to The Compassionate Closet (unless the item is defective or we made an error in your shipment), and we will pay the shipping for the new item to be sent. This applies to all first exchanges in the US and Canada, shipping for any additional exchanges on the order is the customer’s responsibility.
We do not refund shipping costs for returned items unless the item is defective.
At this time, we cannot cover the costs to re-send items on international orders. Shipping charges will be billed through PayPal via a “money request.”
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. An email notification will be sent when the refund request has been reviewed and processed. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive the refund in the original form of payment they used to make the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Please note; gift cards are only redeemable on this website and cannot be used at any public venue or special event. There are no refunds granted for gift cards purchases.

During 7 working days following the delivery of your order, you may request a refund of items. A return must be applied following the return procedure, otherwise, the refund can be delayed. Returns will only be accepted if all labels are attached and intact. We cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. We advise you to provide the return shipment with a tracking number. Elsien Gringhuis is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss.
All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. When you shop online at www.esmestudios.com you have 30 days to cancel, where you can inform us that you regret your purchase and then return the item(s) to us. Some items are not covered by this right, and it will appear in the ordering process. Right runs from the day you received the goods. If the period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve deadline is extended to the following Monday. In the case of multiple goods ordered in one order but are delivered separately, or a product that comes in several batches, the period from the receipt of the last item.

In return you should make sure that the goods are securely wrapped. You have the responsibility of the package / goods until we receive it. So keep postal receipt and tracking number. For orders from Denmark the costs of returning the goods is 60 DKK. Costumers from the rest of the world must pay the costs of returning the goods when they regret.
Please write with big letters “RETURN PARCEL” outside of the box/ parcel. We expect you to dispatch as soon as possible after you have given notice of withdrawal, and you must return them within 14 days. We do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery).
You must attach a copy of the order confirmation or other evidence of your purchase. Additionally, it will facilitate the processing, if you attach a completed return form.
When we receive the goods, we check it and you get paid back the amount you have paid to us upon purchase (including freight cost). The amount is always transferred to the same payment as you paid the purchase. Have you, for example, paid by card, reversed the purchase amount to the payment card you used for the purchase.
NOTE: You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the product is impaired because:
– You have actually taken the goods in use
– It has been damaged while you were responsible for it
– You have handled goods otherwise than was necessary in order for you to determine the nature, characteristics and the way they operate
– You have not followed the restrictions on the right of withdrawal resulting from sealing, product type etc.

We really hope that you love your FURB Upcycled items as much as we do. If you do wish to make a return for any reason, here is what you need to know:
COVID-19: We understand you may not be able to arrange a return as a result of your local public health regulations. In such cases, FURB Upcycled will be flexible in accepting late returns: the period in which a return may be requested will be extended to 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order.
Free return shipping is offered to customers located in Canada, the United States and parts of Europe including (Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Vatican City, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom).
All other International customers not mentioned above are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post.
To return one or more items from an order:
- The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition

FURB Upcycled reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address. In order to avoid this, please contact [email protected] to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.
To initiate a return, please contact [email protected] and someone from our Customer Care team will assist you with the return process. FURB Upcycled adheres to a strict no-paper policy, so as to reduce waste. This is why shipments do not include a return slip inside the box.
Please get a tracking number when you send your return. We also recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records.
Please note international customs/duties may apply depending upon your country of origin. Any international shipping fees associated with returning items are the sole responsibility of the customer and we cannot refund these costs. Please mark your package as a return when sending back to us.
Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, FURB Upcycled will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
Unopened products can be returned within the return period of 14 days. The shipping costs are for the buyer’s expense. The money will be refunded within 8 working days after receipt and inspection of the products. Send an email to: [email protected]
It is possible that you want to return an order. Maybe because you don’t like the product or maybe there’s another reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount inclusive shipping costs. Only the shipping costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. Please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return if the product has already been returned in good order. *
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can charge you for the depreciation of the product. So, treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when you return the product.

– All required information is filled in on the return receipt.
– The garments are neatly packaged and packed in their original packaging.
– The garments have not been worn and/or used.
– The garments are not damaged.
– The return/exchange is sufficiently stamped.

You may return item(s) within 28 days after delivery for a (full) refund of your garments. Pack your item(s) with a completely filled in return form or packing slip carefully so it won’t get damaged during distribution (these obligations are not an essential requirement to effectively exercise the right to cancel. Shipping charges will not be refunded on returns of discounted products. No free return shipping.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, so we offer you the option of return shipping and refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please note that the right of return only applies to unworn, unwashed and flawless items.
For returns within Germany, we will provide you with a free DHL shipping label. For returns from abroad, we cannot provide a DHL return label. Please understand that the direct costs of returning goods from abroad are to be borne by the customer.

All purchased items can be returned free of charge within Europe – if you are not satisfied with the product or if you have a reclamation cause. All other customers need to pay for the return on their own.
Your repeal of purchase will automatically take effect if you return the items within 14 days.

The shipping and processing of international returns can take up to 21 days. When we have received your return, we will refund you as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after termination of the agreement. Returns & Exchanges
You can exchange or return an item for free, up to 100 days after the date you received the product. Please use the Return Label we sent with your order.
The returned item must be in good condition and with no sign of use so that we can proceed to exchange it or refund its full purchase price.
Registration done! Now follow these steps:
- Use the Return Label we sent with your order. Don’t have one? Don’t worry! Email us at [email protected] and we will send you a new label. If possible, please use the same packaging to return the product. Try to protect the box to avoid damaging it and to keep it reusable. Our team tries to apply the 3 R’s of Sustainability in every way we can. Join us on this mission.
- Contact the shipping company that sent the order and follow their instructions. You can drop off the package at their local service point or book a courier pickup at your shipping address.
- Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse in Lisbon, we will either send you a new one (if you requested an exchange) or fully refund the purchase price (if you requested a return)
We can only exchange a statute and/or refund money after we have actually received the items.

If your Panareha purchase does not meet your expectations or if you changed your mind, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags).
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them.

If the items comply with our return policy, you can return them 14 days after receipt. Returns after this period will not be accepted. The original shipping costs and duties are non-refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable.
All returned items must be in their original unwashed and unworn condition and must include the original packaging, including all tags. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
How to return
- We ask you to send us an email via the contact form on the website. Please make sure you give up a reason and enclose a copy of your receipt. If your item was damaged, we ask you to enclose a picture of the damaged item as well. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible.
- You receive your online store credit or money refund once our warehouse receives and processes your item. This generally takes 7 working days.
For sustainability reasons, we want to minimize returning items together! Therefore, we decided to only provide funded shipping labels when your item was damaged or incorrect. For other reasons you can return the item, but the shipping label is not funded yet. This way we both take our responsibility and try to minimize returns. We want you to encourage to think carefully about any returning decisions.
When do I receive my refund?
The shipping and processing of international returns can take up to 21 days. When we have received your return, we will refund you within 7 working days after we have processed the return.
Any refunds will be issued to the payment method you used to place your order. Please check this payment method. All refunds will be made by SOGOODTOWEAR so please make sure you have not overlooked the refund.
Contact our customer service team if you didn’t receive the refund within 30 days.
We always want you to be completely satisfied with your Solitude item. So, if you want to return or exchange an article you can do this within 14 days after payment, at your own expense. The return of an article is only possible when the article:

Exchange Custom made orders
All custom made sales are final, unfortunately, no exchanges or refunds are possible. Nevertheless, we always want you to be completely satisfied with your Solitude item so we can always discuss and adjust minor changes like ring size or necklace length.

If you are shipping an item over €75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that you must return your items within 30 days of receiving them. The products must be unused and in original condition – ie. In original packaging with all labels and protective seals/stickers intact. Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse in order for a refund to be made. Products cannot be returned in a local retail store.
Please also note that we do not refund shipping costs for exchanged or returned products.
We have a 30 days exchange policy
If your package is unused, unopened and in the original product packaging with all labels and protective seals/stickers intact you have the right to return the products within 30 days. You can return the products to our warehouse for a refund to be made. Just fill out the return-form attached and send the products you want to return to us. Please note that we do not pay the shipment cost for environmentally reasons. If you live outside EU please note that you will have to pay for duties also.

When returning, please state the reason for this and the order number, so that we can process this quickly and continue to improve our products. All products come with a 1-year warranty on construction faults, whereby the fault lies not with the user but the manufacturer. Excluded are damage caused by incorrect use (excessive load, incorrect maintenance, improper repairs). Tolhuijs stands for a high-quality product. Each item is checked before it is shipped. Where can I find the return form?
We do not use a return form, but a link to our return portal. That saves a lot of paper. You will find the link in the email you receive from us as soon as your package has been delivered.
Can I return the ordered item(s)?
You have 14 days to indicate that you want to return. This period starts on the day after you have received the product. If you have ordered several items at once, this period starts to run after you have received the last item. From the moment you have indicated that you wish to return, you must send it within 14 days.
Returns are possible under the following conditions:
• The product must not be used or damaged;
The product must not show any signs of use or external changes.
During the cooling-off period, you must handle the product and the packaging with care.
• You may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you want to keep the product.
• The packaging and accessories must (if reasonably possible) be in new condition, so that we can sell it again immediately.
Items you cannot return:
• Products that are tailor-made especially for you.
If the item is damaged and you have received it within the past 30 days, you can have it repaired, returned or replaced.

Please note that it is your responsibility to return fragile items safely. We cannot accept items returned to us in less than new condition.
Can I exchange my item(s)?
You can indicate within 14 days that you want to return an item. After this you have 14 days to return the item. If the product is damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete, we will replace this item. If this is not possible, we will automatically refund your return.
It is not possible to exchange a selected item for another item. You can return the purchased product, after which we will refund the purchase amount. You can purchase the replacement product yourself in our webshop.
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it in the original packaging with a note stating the new size or colour. When in doubt, please send us an email at [email protected]
Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it.
You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unworn and unwashed. All original packaging shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
If you return an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment.
When returning goods by mail please make sure that on the airway bill and the package there is clearly written: Returned goods, no commercial value. To save paper we do not add a return form. The address for returns is stated below:

Items may also be returned to our store, Runstraat 26 in Amsterdam. Unrecorded will issue a full refund including the original shipping cost. The return shipping fee will not be refunded unless there was a mistake in delivery caused by us.
At Urban Medley, we stand by each product we sell. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we will happily take a return. When you have decided to return the product we suggest you
- First, write to us at [email protected] mentioning your ORDER NUMBER and the reason you are returning a specific item within 15 days of purchase. We will approve the return under acceptable circumstances.
- Return the item in the original packaging or at least a similar one suitable for shipping.
- The item should not be used or damaged.

- Refunds are processed to the card/method of payment that was used to pay for the original order.
