AnswerNo, unfortunately not yet, but Fairbee wouldn’t be Fairbee if we didn’t find a solution for this in the short term.

AnswerOf course. Your personal data can be changed by clicking on your account, you’ll see your own data which can be edited accordingly.

Question I forgot my password, what do I do?
AnswerThat can happen… Via this link, you can enter your e-mail address and you will receive an activation e-mail that allows you to reset your password.

Question When will my order be delivered?
AnswerWe aim to deliver the order within 2-5 working days. However, it is possible that some brands use a different delivery time.  Check our platform for the delivery times per brand. If you have any questions, you can always contact our customer service.


Question Can I still change my shipping data?
AnswerThat is possible. Please contact our customer service and your details can still be changed until the order has been definitively confirmed via a track & trace code.

Question Where can I find information about my package?
AnswerAs soon as you have placed your order, we will start working on it. The moment your package is ready, you will receive a track & trace code that will allow you to be completely up to date with the status of your package.

Question My order is incomplete, what do I do?
AnswerWe collaborate with different brands, which means that it could be possible your order contains several packages. Each package will have a part of your order. We provided you with a track & trace code for every part, which allows you to be up to date with the status of all your packages. We are currently working on a more efficient way to do this.


Question How do I return my order?
AnswerUnfortunate that your order hasn’t been your liking… If you wish to return your package, there should be a return form in the box with all the necessary information. For any further questions, feel free to contact customer service.

AnswerThe return costs differ per brand. It might be free of charge but it could also cost you a little. On our website, under brands, you will find all the return conditions per brand.

Question Can I return my order in different parts?
AnswerYes, please. The returns will go directly to the right brand which saves time in processing these returns.

Question How long does it take to process these returns?
AnswerThe return process differs per brand. We try, together with the concerning brand, to complete your return within 5-7 business days.

Question Can I exchange my order for a different size or product?
AnswerIt depends on the brand. Most of the time you will be able to exchange your item. The exchange and/or return information per brand is located on our website, under brands.

Question When can I expect my refund?
AnswerWhen the brand receives your item in good fashion, they let us know. We then refund your money as soon as possible, which is likely to be within 7 business days.


Question How do you select brands for a sustainable FAIRBEE?
AnswerFairbee works together with the Good On You organization. Good On You is an external auditor that assesses brands on sustainability and working conditions. This involves looking at animal welfare, CO2 emissions, labour standards and the use of materials. Based on the results, Good On You gives the brand a score from ‘Avoid’ to ‘Great’. Fairbee only works with the brands that are rated ‘Good’ and ‘Great’. For the smaller brands that have not yet been audited by Good On You, we choose to only work with brands where the production of sustainable and fair collections is the core activity of the company.
