After learning that traditional pantyhose are petroleum products planned for obsolescence, they started Swedish Stockings with the mission to change and influence the entire hosiery industry towards sustainable production overall.

 

Swedish stockings' admirable mission is to change and influence the entire hosiery industry towards sustainable production. They believe that sustainability consists of three pillars: social, financial and environmental. They have prioritized the environmental portion above the other two from the start of the company, but recently started to include responsibility.

 

Responsibility must be seen in a broader context.  They define it as providing transparency throughout the production chain all the way to the end consumer. A truly sustainable objective.
